Whether it’s a brand new implementation, or you need picking up because your project is losing control, we have a full-proof process to ensure your implementation goes as smoothly as possible, your goals are achieved, and most importantly you feel supported every step of the way.
Discovery
It’s imperative that your requirements as an organisation are fully understood! That’s why we put such an emphasis on the discovery phase, fully scoping out the project using various exploratory methods. We do a deep dive into your operations, income types, business expenditure, and what makes your organisation different. This insight is invaluable when we’re setting up the system for you!
Deployment
Time to get excited! Deployment is the much-anticipated moment when your business finally gets to experience the new software. Creative will implement all the required software components that make up your business’ unique solution – including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and any additional applications, all in conjunction with your IT team/partner.
Thanks to cloud based systems, software deployment has never been simpler, and it means your new system is accessible across a range of devices, from your computer to your smartphone.
Data Migration
It’s your data, your way! Losing years of precious data is every company’s worst nightmare and a main concern when upgrading or implementing new systems. When you’re switching from one piece of software to another with Creative, you can be confident that your data will be migrated safely. You will have total control over what data is migrated, but perhaps it’s been a little while since you did a data cleanse or updated your chart of accounts. Switching systems is the perfect time to get rid of data gathering dust and update your chart of accounts so they better reflect how your business operates.

Dynamics Business Central is one of the most customisable systems on the market and partners across the world have developed many apps/extensions to suit the niche needs of different businesses. Whilst we encourage company’s to try to use the system as standard to ensure the most efficient processes, we recognise every company is different and may have specific requirements that call for development. Training
Get your learning caps on! We are flexible on our approach when it comes to training. We can either adopt the “train the trainer” approach or train your whole team. We can be on-site or online, it really is what works for you. Our training is given by our consultants, many of whom have been in your shoes, so they fully understand how intimidating learning a system like this is. Rest assured, they will take you through the process and see that the training needed throughout the system is complete, and more importantly, understood.
UAT
Don’t underrate it! Creative will test each element before we install it to your User Acceptance Testing system. However, this system is for YOU. That means you need to make sure it works for your organisation and your processes before we go-live and that requires you to play your part in the UAT process. We’ll be right beside you supporting and resolving any issues all to ensure go-live will be as smooth as possible.
Go-Live
It’s the big moment…but don’t worry we’ve got you! This can be the scariest moment, but we have done this hundreds of times and are here to support you! We can be onsite or available remotely to answer any and every question that you have. All the Creative team want your project to succeed, so go-live is just as important to us as it is to you.
